  1. Conveyancing Lawyer Responsibilities:
    1. Drafting and reviewing Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), loan documentation, tenancy agreements, and other related instruments.
    2. Managing sub-sale and developer project files from initiation to completion, including liaising with clients, bankers, agents, developers, and relevant government bodies such as the Land Office, LHDN, and Stamp Office.
    3. Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including stamp duty, tax implications, and procedural matters.
    4. Attending to the signing of legal documents and providing legal advice on property

Conveyancing Lawyer Qualifications and Requirements:

 

  1. Possess a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized institution and be admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
  2. 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in conveyancing or litigation practice.
  3. Strong command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Proficient in legal research, drafting, and document management.
  5. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
  7. Possess own transport and willing to travel for court and client matters as necessary.
  8. Good working attitude

CHAMBERING STUDENT (PUPILLAGE)

We are currently inviting applications for the position of Chambering Student.

Job Scope & Exposure

The selected candidate will gain practical exposure in:

  • Conveyancing matters
  • Litigation matters
  • Corporate and advisory work (if applicable)
  • Legal research and drafting
  • Court and client attendances


Requirements

  • LL.B (Hons) graduate
  • Completed CLP / Bar Professional Training Course (if applicable)
  • Good research and drafting skills
  • Responsible, proactive and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision


Allowance

Allowance will be provided (to be discussed during interview).

Commencement

Available to commence in April/May.
