Kirthana Dewi A/P K. Muniswaran graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB (Hons)) from the University of Malaya and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 13 December 2024. She completed her pupilage at R. Renuga Ram & Co and was retained as a Legal Associate until October 2025.

During her previous tenure, she was involved in a wide range of family and civil litigation matters, including contested and uncontested divorce proceedings, custody disputes, committal applications, variation and enforcement of court orders, ancillary relief matters, and trial proceedings at all levels of court, from the Subordinate Courts up to the Federal Court. She also handled general civil litigation matters from inception to disposal, including the drafting of pleadings, interlocutory applications, securing judgments in default, and conducting trial proceedings alongside senior counsel.

She was further involved in a cross-border child abduction matter in which a Recovery Order was successfully obtained, requiring close coordination with multiple authorities, including the Police, welfare agencies, the Immigration Department, and Wisma Putra.

Kirthana has since joined Clark Soon & Partners as a Legal Associate, where she is known for her structured approach to legal work, strong drafting skills, and attention to detail. She emphasises clear communication, ethical practice, and continuous professional development. At Clark Soon & Partners, she continues to develop her litigation practice while contributing to the firm’s commitment to high professional standards and effective client representation.
